This year at the NEACE spring conference three scholarships will be awarded to individuals who meet the scholarship criteria and are planning to continue their studies upon high school graduation.

A long standing program it is designed to assist circulation employees of NEACE member newspapers and their families defray the cost of post-secondary education.
